I was brought up in a Hotel that my parents owned in Northern Italy and
I have over 20 years of experience as a Chef in the Hotel and Restaurant
Industry. The daily contact with clients has allowed me to develop an
interest in customer service excellence. I am a goal achiever, self motivated
and fluent in four languages.
